I have a client who has exchange 2000 as a mail server and using outlook 2000 as a mail client.

Outlook recieves all emails coming into exchange say happy@websitex.com also
it is configured to recieve internet emails on an internet email account say private@funland.com.
so all emails come into one inbox.
The question is by default when an email comes in, the reply address by default is the exchange email address.

Is there a way of selecting what email address you want to reply back from, or an automatic response that replys using the sender address.

If you go into Tools and accounts, there you will see tabs, and the one you want is Mail, go to it and in there there is the two accounts, and you can set which ever one you want to be default. You can also set the reply address, or add in the from field, where you can select which email address you want to send using..... Jay~
