Formerly working Outlook 2000 will no longer access mail services.
Will not get mail and attempts to send messages result in the following internal reply:
--------------------------------------------------------
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: test
Sent: 6/18/2003 9:24 PM
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
'test@digdesdev.com' on 6/18/2003 9:24 PM
No transport provider was available for delivery to this recipient.
------------------------------------------------------
Under Tools > Options > Mail Services, there is nothing listed in the "Check for new mail on:" box.
Under Tools > Accounts > (ISP account name) > General tab, there is no checkbox to include this account when sending/receiving, so I can't enable any of them.
I've tried creating a new account, which did not help.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
