Outlook 2000 Vs Exchange 2000 Help!!

Let me explain my problem

First
We have windows 2000 SBS and the workstation are in windows 98 whit Office 2000.
So my problem is simple some station are able to connect to exchange and some are not, they have the same configuration.
I can log on the domain but when I try to open outlook it ask me for my username , password and domain name , but still wont connect

I have check my licensed and did apply the license pack for SBS
