Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003

Hi Guys,

When I have upgraded Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003 it does not find the users Mail settings, however in Control Panel > Mail the users settings are present.

It will only work if you delete 'MS Exchange Settings' and create a new profile upon which Outlook immediately finds the server/username.

Has anyone seen this before?

Any help appreciated.
