Hello gurus,
I'd like to know if is possible to sent an email to someone and have the email (perhaps using a macr) display a different way. (i.e. bold font, color font, color background, etc...)

The reason I ask is because some users do not display the "Importance" field in their outlook which does not help me if I send an important or high priority email.

Thanks in advance.

Depends on the recipients' mail system. If they can receive mails in rtf format, you can apply just about any formatting. I don't think you can apply it on their end though - you'll have to format the message before sending it.

All recipients in my office use outlook 2000, would you know how to create a macro that format my email in such way upon opening???

No, I'm trying to format the email sent to display in bold and or perhaps with different color background when in the recipient's inbox.

If you're not using a macro, why don't you just format the e-mail manually using the buttons on the formatting toolbar? I guess I don't understand your question.
