Outlook 2000 SR-1 Security Problems

Hi,
I can't send anything with a command button on every computer that doesnt have "admin" privileges with Outlook 2000 SR-1. I always get a question box about allowing a program to access e-mail addresses. Is there anyway to go around this new security feature?

PS: Im NOT using Microsoft Exchange Server
