Please i would like some help, if you can, regarding a problem that I’m facing with on a newly created user on my msexchange 2000 server.
When i install the service for exchange server in outlook 2000 and i enter the user login, and server name, the outlook is able to resolve the name of the user on the exchange server OK, but when i try to change the delivery location of messages from personal folders to the user mailbox account i get the error message " The default set of folders could not be specified. The information store could not be opened".
Please all suggestions are WELCOME.....
