I have set up two mailboxes to run from outlook 2000. When i send an email, the default mailbox it will send from is the first mailbox.

How can i default my outlook so that when im in the inbox (of the second mailbox), emails sent will be on behalf of that account and not the original.

You can set a Rule for this purpose. Go to Organize, Highlight the message you want moved, Click on the “Move Button”. When you do, a sub form will be displayed, next click on Other Folders and select what Server or Folder you would like this message to be forwarded to.

Hope this helps
