Outlook 2000 runtime error (Norton Internet Security)

I've seen this in several places on the Internet (but NOT on Symantec's site <sigh>), no one seems to have an answer.

After installing Norton Internet Security 2004, when I try to open Outlook 2000 with a different profile than I used the last time I ran Outlook, it gets Runtime Error (in Outlook.exe) Abnormal Program Termination.

If I use the same profile as last time, no problem. After the error, if I again run Outlook with the same profile (that just errored out), no problem.

This happened on Outlook 2000 / Windows ME / Norton Internet Security 2004 (but that system had tons of other problems, so I blamed the system). Now it happens, exactly the same way, on Outlook 2000 / Windows XP Home / Norton Internet Security 2004.
