One of our users has 2 problems with Outlook. The first problem is that the Public Folders aren't available as if they aren't there. The user's network connection works fine and email is working fine.
The second problem is that when the user closes Outlook it appears to close but doesn't. The reason we know it doesn't is because it opens up so quickly and while it's closed the user gets the letter icon in the system tray when new email has arrived. It also takes a long time to start up.
Any ideas??
