Outlook 2000 "save as" problem 1

5 of 6 times it seems that whenever I try to save a jpeg or other file the system freezes. I can close outlook but it is still erratic if i openit without re-booting. Other programs Excell, etc. still work at all times.

I re-installed office but the problem persists.

Any help or advice is appreciated in advance.

I had the exact same problem, My fix came when I installed SP1.

Thanks for your prompt response.

I have installed SR-1 but am unfamiliar with SP-1.

I'll look for it now unless you can direct tme there.
