OUTLOOK 2000 PROBLEMS!!!

When ever this user replies to a message outlook deletes the original message. I added her mailbox to my outlook settings and I can see all of her messages that are in her inbox...Yes I ahve admin rights. But that doesn't explain why her mail keeps on getting hidden or deleted....HELP

2 possibilities that I can think of:

1. A mail rule that is deleting or moving the message.
2. More likely a customized view setting. In inbox, check View, Current View. Make sure 'unread messages' is not checked.
