Hello all! I've got a rather obnoxious Outlook problem I was hoping someone could help with:
We have a system where faxed documents are automatically posted to Public Folders as attached TIF files. It's not uncommon for users to forward these Public Folder messages wit h the attached images to other users.
I've got one person who can't read the attachments when someone forwards him one of these messages. When he opens the mail, he receives the "enable/disable macros" message. He chooses enable but still cannot see the attachments. He is using Outlook 2000 and I've tried to bump the Macro Security setting to LOW but it hasn't helped.
This is a new one for me, so any help would be greatly appreciated!
thanks!
