Outlook 2000 printing duplicate copies

I have a Win98 machine connected to exchange 5.5 via Outlook 2000 client. The problem is that some but not all messages print twice. If you go into print properties, the number of copies is set to two. Other users who receive the same exact message don't have this problem. This problem existed before, but that HD was wiped and reinstalled, so I don't know why it looks like the problem is following the user.

Any suggestions? This user is very annoying and I want to get her off my back.
