Outlook 2000 print icon disappearing

When I am in Outlook 2000, I open an email and my print icon is greyed out. I have Office 2000 Service Pack 3 loaded, Win2k Service Pack 4 is loaded, I have tried removing and installing Office 2000 and I have tried removing the Standard Toolbar then adding it back on. Still, the print icon is greyed out. Can you tell me how to fix this?

If you
just go into Customize on the toolbar and hit "RESET", it brings
them all back.
Or Else:
What
you can do is go into a message window where the icon is greyed out and
go to the
customize option on the toolbar. Add another 'print' icon to the
toolbar. It
will look as if you have two until you close out of the customize
window. When
you do, one printer icon will be greyed out and one will be active.

Still, the print icon is fickle. Sometimes its there and sometimes its gone. It reappears when it feels like it. Do you know how I can resolve this dissappearing/reappearing act?

otherwise
Run Detect and Repair
Update printer Drivers or add and delete the printers.
