OUTLOOK 2000 or EXCHANGE?

Hey,
I need help: Whenever i try to read email and delete them it stays put till i close outlook and start it all over again. Whats the problem?? is it outlook or exchange??

And: If my users are trying to add an attachment it gives a failuremessage. BUT!!! if you start outlook again and do the same thing it works...

This sounds like one of the settings within Outlook, rather than a Citrix specific issue. There is probably a check box in Outlook that allows you you remove deleted files under certain conditions.

The attachment failure may be Citrix related. Try using Regmon or Filemon from
