Outlook 2000-Notification

I am trying to find a way to create a special notification that will either make the task bar flash or create a tone that repeats every few minutes until the message is read. I have a form that I am creating that needs immediate attention from a supervisor any time it is recieved. Any help is greatly appreciated.
