Outlook 2000 not linking to proper exchange server.

Hello,

We have recently moved our mailbox store from one server to another along with the exchange software. Using outlook 2003 users have had no problems connecting to the new server and its location. A particular user using Outlook 2000 cannot connect the new exchange server. It did not auto detect when first opened. We have gone in and changed to where the account was pointing and pointed it to the new server. We're using Exchange 2000.

Any help would be appreciated!

When you pointed it to the correct server did it work then? What error messages are you receiving? Did you check the users DNS settings? Did you try to delete the profile on the local machine and recreate it? Using PST files or the store?
