All,

I am posting this both in the Exchange 5.5 and Outlook forums as I am not sure which is causing the problem. We have an Exchange 5.5 server with all our users set up with Oulook 2000 to access thier mailboxes. All the users are using thier mailboxes ok apart from one. This one cannot send external Mail. He had an out of office reply that was set up to send to an external e-mail address this just stopped working in the middle of the night and ever since he has not been able to send external mail. Whenever he tries he gets the error address not recognised. At first I though it was hist outlook profile so i created him a new one and the same thing is still happening. So it can only be a problem with his mailbox?? i would have thought if it were a problem with his mailbox he just wouldn't be able to access his mailbox at all??

I am confused. Maybe his mailbox has become corrupted?? I should state that he can recieve external mail and can send mail internally.

Any ideas would be gratefully recieved.
