Question: I had a user move a Message to a place where it is not visible in the folder list. When I click on a message and select "Move to Folder". With the options that pop up after I select "Move to Folder", one option is at the very top, which says Mailbox and then the persons name.

After it is moved, you can see it anywhere. When I did a search on the message (subject search), it comes up that it is in the folder "Top of information store". Where is this folder located?

From the results box, I can move the message to a different folder. Where is this "Top of information store" at?

Thanks.

Nick
