I have a machine where there are addresses in the contacts folder, and contacts is checked to show in address book. In address book contacts folder is present but no names. If you click on view toolbar, only a portion of the contacts are displayed (firstnames starting with "C"). I have uninstalled outlook and reinstalled and gone through the contacts setup a number of times. Any ideas?
