Outlook 2000 menu missing

Hi All,

I'm tyring to help my dad remotely..sigh! LOL..
He managed to make his "menu" bar (File, edit, favorites, tools, etc) disappear. I had him go to customize, toolbars, then reset the menu bar...no luck. Any suggestions?

View\Toolbars\Standard would be the way. Aside from that, is he sure that he made it disappear? It's very easy to move the File Toolbar across the app or down the side...
