Outlook 2000: Mark as Read

Sit on one of the e-mails and press CNTRL+A. This will select all of them. Right-click and choose "Mark as Read".

actually you can R-Click on the folder and mark "all as read".
I meant do it automatically.
Like when it sends messages thats listed on the Junk Senders list to the trash, but they are still marked as unread. I dont want to have to manually do it.
I just made them all delete permantly. thanks anyway
