Outlook 2000 logon issue after SP install

I have installed Outlook 2000 using a MST install, which allows for any user who logs on to run Outlook without having to enter all the Exchange Profile information.
This works fine until i update Office with SR1-a and SP3 for Office 2K

any ideas?
