Hello,

I've recently started having a problem with my outlook 2000 clients since we upgraded the exchange 2000 server to SP2. Now, users logon to the network and are presented with a pop-up box challenging them for a userid, password and domain when they try to access outlook.

I assume this is a problem created by service pack 2 but I can't seem to find any information anywhere on it. Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks,

Peter.

Have you checked what the "logon network security" is set at on the Outlook client just to be sure it is not the Outlook client. It sounds like it is set to None rather than to NT Password Authentication.

Joegz, Tried this already, but still no joy....

Any other ideas?

Thanks,

Peter
