Outlook 2000 locks up on insert file ???

I have a user who has a weird outlook issue, when he goes to attach anything outlook locks up and I have to ACD and end task to reopen his outlook, he is now dragging and dropping files into his email till I get a resolution.

Move any files that are not in a folder into one. For example; if the user has a home directory, make sure all misc. are put into a folder. Don't ask me why, but that works!
