Outlook 2000 Locking-Up??

I am runnig Outlook 2000 on win2k professional. I have had no problems until I converted my file system to NTFS. Now when I open a mail item it may lock o before the mail is visable or once the mail is open it can't be closed. On some occasionsm, while minimized, Outlook locks and can't be opened at all.

Any ideas??

Please Advise.

Re-apply the W2K SP1 and O2K SR1&2 also check file permissions and ownership for that profile folder under C:\Documents and Settings
