I have a user that is using the shared net folders function of Outlook 2000. She is sharing her calendar to 4 other users and is also subscribing to 1 other users calendar. She is running Outlook 2000 on Windows 98 on a very new machine (less than a month old)and gets periodic lockups in Outlook. Have trained the user to hit ctrl alt del to see if there are multiple instances of Outlook running. She finds that whenever she has a lockup there are multiple instances of Outlook running. This has occurred only after the enabling of the calendar sharing in recent weeks. She has even encountered an instance of Outlook running when she is not even in the program and gets a lockup from Word or WordPerfect. Curious to know if anyone has seen this before and has a fix. if you need more details just ask and I will provide them. Thanks in advance for any help.
