Outlook 2000 keeps closing on me, Help!!!

I am trying to fix an outlook 2000 issue on a client computer, when i logon using the user's credentials that reported the issue and attempt to open their outlook it opens and then closes again almost instantly, I have already reinstalled the application and the problem came right back. Does anyone know the fix for this!

Note: the problem does not happen when i logon as a different user

May be profile related (outlook or logon). Try recreating the outlook profile first, and delete the outcmd.dat file. Remember to write down all of the user's settings and save any rules first.
If that doesn't work, you may need to create a fresh logon profile for the user.
