Outlook 2000 issue urgent

I have win98, and outlook 2000, when ever I try to print from with in outlook, it gives me an error.
"inbox setup wizard
internal mapi error:
the information services could not be added to your profile"

I've done reinstalls I've recreated my profiles.
I have no Idea what to do

Try running the Inbox repair tool, it's not in any menus, but it can be found at
C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Mapi\1033\95
In this directory, run scanpst.exe

That error message generally sounds like one of three possibilities:

1. Your mapisvc.inf file has gone bad. You may want to try replacing that file. Check if it is at 0KB.

2. Your OutlPrnt file is missing or bad

3. Your .pst is marked as Read Only.

Try checking these three out and hopefully one of them will help you.

I ran the scanpst.exe utility and it found no errors,
and the os is 98, so there are no permission issues.
ok what do I do if the mapisvc.inf is bad
and what do I do if the outlprnt file is missing or bad

Replace with the copy of the file from the CD or another machine where it works if you are in a LAN environment.
