Hi Guys

I use Outlook at home - but when I print the calendar in 'week to view' it drives me mad by only allocating a tiny space for Saturday and Sunday compared with the rest of the week.

Does anyone know of a way to get it to increase the allowed space for the weekend on the printed diary bit? Ideally for personal use I'd like it to have only one line (say) for each working day - and use the rest for the weekend.

Any ideas? or am I stuck with it?

Thanks

Doreen

Under Outlook 2002, if you edit your Weekly Style, you can change the order from "Top to Bottom" to "Left to Right". This change will make all days in the week evenly spaced. Hope this helps.

Hi Michael

Many thanks - it may encourage me to upgrade in due course, although for all other purposes the Office 2000 suite is working well for me.
