I have a customer using Outlook 2000 configured for corporate/workgroup.
She just recently learned that the FROM: header in her emails is incorrect. It shows an old email address she used before changing ISP's.
We went through her Outlook settings ( Tools->Services->Internet Email->Properties) and nothing appeared incorrect. We even went so far as to remove all her email account settings and reconfigure them from scratch.
Still, when she sends out an email, the receiving email client shows her return address as being her old one.
Where else would this information be stored, and how would I go about changing it?
Thanks in Advance,
Douglas Hardison
