Dear all,

I use outlook 2000 SR1 client to send and receive mail via my exchange 5.5 SP4 server.
I have a latency problem with the incoming new e-mail to appear in my inbox, it take about 30 minutes for new mails appears in my inbox.

Did someone have an idea to resolve this problem

Eric

HI.

It seems like a networking issue between the server and client - so try diagnostics in this direction.

Can you ping the client from the server by ip address?
Can you ping the client from the server by computer name?

What is the connection type and devices between the server and the client?

What about other clients in the same network?

Bye

A program is trying to automatically send email on your behalf. Do you want to allow this? If this is unexpected it may be a virus and you should choose no else choose yes

Is there any way to hide this.

This comes when using Outlook XP only

Please help me.
