I am working on Outlook 2000 and there are contacts that need to be imported. The only thing is I have already created a PST file that already has different contacts in it that are needed. Can you attach multiple contact and address lists? If so, how? I saw in a post here that you can create multiple .pst files and attach all of them but how? If you do attach all of them is there anyway to combine everything in one large .pst file instead of multiple ones? Any/all help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks

Sure you can! Menu: File>Open Special Folder>Personal Folders File (.pst)... then just browse to the file you want to add. (Actually, I'm at work where I have Outlook 97, so I'm not sure the menu item names are right, but they're close.)

If you open your Folder List, each .pst file will have a root, with all its folders beneath it. You can move use drag and drag to move subfolders around, or move mail/contact/task items etc. from one set of personal files to another.
