Outlook 2000 hangs on start up

I have a strange fault with Outlook 2000 (running via Exchange profile) on a Windows 2000 PC. Every morning when I start Outlook, it completey hangs and doesn't open the mailbox profile. I have to re-install Outlook everyday, then it works. Then the next morning, same problem. I don't use a PST file and run the mailbox direct from the exchange server. I have tried deleting the profile and re-adding it to no avail and it isn't profile related within Windows 2000. I have all the latest service packs installed.

Any idea's?
