Outlook 2000 hangs on exit

Help please

I use Outlook 2000 on Windows 98 - starting a few weeks ago it's started hanging on exit - i mean the small window comes up "please wait while outlook exits" but never goes away - i use a notebook pc sometimes linked into the company exchange server from the office, sometimes by modem from home but the symptom is the same - ctrl-alt-del kills it but its annoying

I've seen this happen; it only seems to occur in 98, not 98SE, however, a reinstall of Outlook 2000 solved the problem, but I'm not sure what causes it.

HI.

Are you using MS Fax?
What services are in your Outlook profile?
Are you using an OST file?
If so, try disabling it to see if this is the cause.
Note that OST and PST files are limitted to 2gb size.
