Outlook 2000 freezes as soon as it's opened

I have a user running Outlook 2000 on a Windows XP Pro computer. When she goes into Outlook, she can see her list of emails but she can't open anything. Right after the program opens, you can hear an error ding and then it just freezes up. I tried re-installing Outlook but that didn't seem to help. Anyone have any suggestions?

Try opening outlook with the /cleanviews switch
