Outlook 2000 Forms

I've designed a form and have published it. I'm not trying to assign it to a folder. I've created a new folder and have selected properties. I'm trying to set the 'when posting to this folder' and I keep getting a error message saying it can't create the item.

I've also tried saving the form on my C: drive. When I double click the form it opens fine. I fill it in and then send it but it's not received properly ... the custom design I've create it not there and it looks like I've sent a blank e-mail.

Any ideas?

When you publish the form, you're asked a question. Make sure you say yes. (I forget the question, but it's something that directly affects what's happening to you.)
