Outlook 2000 error's #1 0x800ccc19 Have more see below

I configured my e-mail and have the above problem's.
I used Yahoo is my server, after the above action I can not recieve e-mail on my yahoo.com site. All mail is delivered to the Outlook 2000 mailbox. I want my mail delivered to both Yahoo site and Outlook 2000, As it was before I, configured it.
Also whin I send a e-mail It stays in the (Outlook 2000) outbox.
Help!!!
What did I do wrong?
