When I am in an e-mail (newly created or one I have received), I can go to File, Print Preview, or go to File, Print and click on the Preview button in the print dialog box, to preview my e-mail. But a user here does not have Print Preview as an option on the File menu, and when you go to the Printer dialog box, there is no Preview button there. We are printing to the same printer, and her message format is Rich Text (html format apparently does not allow print preview). I've been all over the Knowledge Base and Outlook Help but cannot find anything. Anyone have a clue? Thank you.

Does she have a printer installed?
Is her fax, perhaps, set as the default printer?
That's my line of thinking.

Otherwise, have you tried Start-->Run and type:

outlook.exe /cleanprofile
(that may be cleanprofiles--plural, but I don't think so) Brainbench MVP for Microsoft Word

She's defaulting to the same printer as I am, so it's not that. I will try the cleanup profiles thing, and if that doesn't work I will have her sign on another machine, good lead. Thanks Dreamboat I'll let you know.
