I'm using outlook 2000 and all of the sudden when I am creating new message my icons are slowly becoming grayed out. First it was my font icon ( numbers ) that was gray out and now it is moving in. Now it is my ( lettering )arial and so on and is moving more right. They were never grayed out before. Would anybody be able to help ?

Outlook 2000 dimmed out problem

First thing to check is the format. In an open message, click on Format, and be sure the HTML is checked, and not Plain Text. You can also be sure that you are defaulted to HTML by clicking on Tools - Options from the main outlook screen. Click on Mail Format, and be sure that your default is HTML.
