Hi Guys,
How do I delete e-mails say from 1/1/1999-1/1/2002? Some people here have 3000 items in their deleted items folder, and they want to keep the last 2 months, etc. I tried to right click deleted items and then autoarchive everything but the 2 months, but that did not work. I want to permanently delete a range(dates) of e-mails, without holding down CTRL and clicking each one. Anyone know how to do this? Thanks!

Are you trying to do this from the Front-end or the Back-end? If you are doing it from the front-end my suggestion is to sort by date and then click on the first email hold shift and click on the last according to what you'd like to delete. On the back-end you can set up a policy to delete mail that is so many days old.
