Outlook 2000 Crashes When Try to Print Email in Sent Items

This is happening regularly on one PC when the user tries to print an email in Sent Items -

The following error message occurs:
"Outlook.exe has generated errors..."
and Outlook closes.

With the following showing in Event Viewer:
"The application, outlook.exe, generated an application error The error occurred on 10/18/2004 @ 09:51:36.910 The exception generated was c0000005 at address 6E4778B9 (GetCentralObject)"

Any ideas please? Thanks very much guys.
