Outlook 2000 Contact List

Hi Gang

I am working on an Outlook 2000 project that creates tasks. I am able to build the task etc but I cannot figure out how to get the contact list to pop up so that I can assign the task to someone. What I am looking for is the Select Contacts Dialogue that appears when you click the Contact... button on a new task.

Anyone know how to get to this form?
