While in an open e-mail, I have a user that if she clicks her Close button (the X in the upper right corner by the Minimize button), it permanently deletes the e-mail (I think). In any case, the e-mail disappears, and it does not go to her Deleted folder. She simply doesn't click the X button anymore, but this must be an option setting? I have been researching everywhere and can't find this. Thank you.

Just a thought - she hasn't got a filter on which shows just unread messages? That would produce the same effect.

...which close button? For the program? or for the message? Mike Wills

Simon, your thought was dead on. She had her filter on for Unread Messages. Thank you!
