Outlook 2000 Clients

Hello,

I have a issue with Outlook 2000 Clients. Some are unable to click on "Customize Outlook Today" button... nothing happens. some clients are able to click on that same button and it works. Outlook Clients are connect to Exchange 5.5 SP4. any thoughts... I search MS Knowlodge-Base with no answer. Any help woulg be great.
