I have received an email in Outlook 2000 with two Word files attached. When I double click on the Word icon to open the file I get the usual dialog box asking whether I want to open the file or save to disk. I can open the file OK but when I select 'save to disk' I get the error message 'Outlook cannot save the URL to a file. Can't find this file. Make sure the path and filename are correct.'
I can't understand what is caausing this error message as, of course, there is no URL for a Word attachment to an email. Any solutions would be appreciated.
Secondly, I had another email with a photo in JPG format. When I select 'File>Print', a blank sheet of paper is produced. This might be caused by the fact that the picture is being viewed by QuickTime (TM) PictureViewer. Again, any suggestions would be appreciated.
