Outlook 2000-Can't Expand Folder

Hi,
One of our employees saves her e-mail in a folder called SAVED E-Mail. Today, she tried to access that folder and an error message popped up saying "cannot expand folder". Any ideas on what is the problem and how to solve it?

Hi Don.

Personal folder?
Remove the service and then re-add it.
It that don't work, run the scanpst on it.

Inbox folder?
Recreate her profile.
