This is a tuffy. I have outlook 2000 running on my PC. I can generally send and receive emails without a problem except for receiving emails from other outlook 97 clients.
It appears that any message that I receive from an outlook 97 client has no subject line or body although I can see the sender. All these messages are also encoded with US-ASCII wether they be plain text or html doesn't seem to matter.
The clients are configured to use MIME and when I ask them to change this to UUENCODE I get the messages.
My question is that why should they have to send messages in UUENCODE considering that other people using Outlook 2000 have no problem with their messages.
All these client are on the same LAN in one building.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Kenny
