Hi I am trying to find a way to block or automatically move any adult content email to the deleted items box in Outlook 2000.

It seems that the filters only allow a change of colour to the offending email based upon its address, I need a rule which will move items to the deleted items box based on the messgae header, does anyone know a good way of doing this?

Thanks for any comments

There is a rule in the Rules Wizard that will allow you to do this...
start the rules wizard, (Tools->Rules Wizard), and then select from the list 'Move messages based on content'. Once you have selected this, you can then add in the words that you want to base this rule on by clicking the underlined words 'Specific Content' in the pane beneath.....once you have manually added in all the words you wish, you can then hit ok and select the folder to move the message to by doing the same.... Sorry, there is also another rule that will do the same or maybe better job, in rules wizard, click on 'Check message as they arrive', click next and then tick 'with specific words in the subject or body' and then again select the words you wish......
there are a couple more in there that you might prefere.....and you can have more than one rule!!! Jay~

I haven't checked, but Im sure there is a list on the web that you can download as a txt file. Just do a search in yahoo.com or google.com for lists and stuff and see what comes up. Jay~

I found a site with a list of words to use.
Caution: This is an adult porn site
Down the bottom of the page are a list of words, that you can copy and paste into the list for Outlook. Sites use this list to draw in web surfers who search for these words, so that they go to their site. Sad really!

they're down the very very bottom.
What to do is a search for a string of words (in Yahoo.com) like porn porno pornographic sex sexy slut about 6 or 7 words at a time, and then in the results of the Yahoo search, look for sentences that dont make sence. If you do a search for those words that I just mentioned in bold, you will see what I mean, and the top result should be the site I noted at the start of this post.....

Another one... but this one is one of the 'tricky' ones.....if you scroll down, you will see not words, just a bit of black space. Well at the words on the page 'Terms of Use', click just after them and hold, then drag the mouse downwards, and you will see the words appear in tiny writing!! Again, just copy and paste!!!

Good hunting!! Jay~
